Our local and international roots go back many generations through successful restauranteur families and chefs who were skilled masters of their flavour and craft. We’ve brought that quality tradition and experience to North America in a new modern, clean, fast casual format.
At Holy Falafel we only start and finish with all real ingredients sourced locally as high quality and fresh as we can get them into our kitchens every morning, and we then prepare our menu in entirety from scratch, custom made to order for our customers.
